Bio

Sabrina grew up in Birmingham, Alabama finding a love for science and marine biology through the McWane Science Center and spending every summer in Orange Beach with her grandparents.

Through volunteer work she was encouraged to pursue biology at the University of South Alabama. After many classes at DISL and lots of lab hours she completed her Bachelor’s in Biology with a Minor in Marine Science in 2021.

After graduating she felt the call to teaching and began her career in Environmental Education. Her favorite classes are Water Quality and Wetland Ecology.

When she’s not teaching, she loves concerts, reading, and exploring museums with friends.
